The original thought was to have a main character, preferable a fluffy ball, explore a mushroom world in hopes to find a better mushroom home. For the style, I was inspired by children pop up books and the whimsical illustrations from Alice in Wonderland. The pop up book structure itself didn't happen, nor the fluffy character. However, both ideas were switched for better outcomes.
